What intermittent fasting does to your body and brain

This short little video explains what is intermittent fasting and how it may work better than any other way of setting your metabolism to burn fat for energy more efficiently. What is important to mention, is that you do not have to do it every day, and the actual time of the fasting is when you are asleep. In practice, it may mean than you would have to stop eating at 6 pm that day and then have the next meal at about midday the next day. Also keep in mind that drinking water or herbal tea during that time is fine. You also might be surprised, that intermittent fasting has been shown to work better than ketogenic (high fat diet).
